General Contracting

As a General Contractor, Titan Construction & Maintenance, LLC has knowledge and experience in numerous areas. We work closely with all parties involved in the construction process: the owner and/or the owner’s representative, architects/engineers, sub-contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to keep an open flow of communication which helps us continue to control the project effectively and move forward without error.

Through our bidding process we are able to take the burden off of the owner and obtain cost effective estimates in order to complete your project on time and within budget. Titan is responsible for coordinating all trades and the overall schedule for the project.

Construction Management

In this contract relationship Titan acts as the direct representative to the project owner. Services involve responsibility for administering the contracts, as well as managing/overseeing the phases of planning, design, and construction. Again, communication is high on our list of priorities therefore; we are here to assist the owner with making informed decisions throughout the entire phase of the project. By employing value engineering we may also be able to provide the owner with alternatives to help keep the project under budget.
