Bookstore Expansion Overview

Project consisted of the renovation and expansion of an existing 1,985 sq. ft. bookstore by removing an interior partition wall shared with an adjacent 850 sq. ft. classroom. The store remained occupied and operational due to construction of a temporary wall that shielded occupants from demolition of a block wall and construction of the supporting bulkhead. Modifications also included additions to existing mechanical, electrical, lighting, IT/data, and fire/safety systems and providing storefront in-fill where the classroom door previously existed.
